"Time management is a myth, a lie, a fairytale and a guilt magnet. There are only 24 hours each day and 7 days each week. Time is constant and unchangeable. The only management going on is within us." (Maria Nerius, Favecrafts.com) Read the rest of the article here.
Today I have been trying to manage my time effectively with this expo coming at the end of the month and let me tell you managing my time is hard... So freaking hard to manage. I mean there was the Superbowl on Sunday (LOL) so you know that all of my time was spent prepping for the day.
I mean really, how much time do you need when you are in the middle of a creative process? For me it can run anywhere from 1- 4 hours because I have to look it up and look at various ways of creating it, what changes I want to make to it and how to create my pattern. So can I limit my time? I honestly have no clue.
I think putting a limit on your creative process time is kind of hard and it does take up a lot of the time depending on the magnitude of the idea
Am I the only one that struggles with time management? Do you have any best time management practices to share?
