Scalloped Clutch

This clutch is meant for leather or vinyl so you will need a few things like a hammer, scissors, hole punch and a button stud. There is also a fabric version available. However if you want to try sewing it you can look at this post about sewing with Pleather/ Vinyl.

Just look at it... This is freaking gorgeous.
